Structure
At least one member of the JCC Board of Directors shall be appointed to serve on and lead this committee. Participation is open to all churches and religious organizations in Rock County that align with JCC’s mission, vision, and programming.
What FSC Does
- Ensures JCC remains welcoming, accessible and respectful to individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs and identities.
- Identifies and helps reduce barriers to participation related to religious observance to ensure broader access to community programs and services.
- Supports respectful, inclusive engagement with faith-based partners in alignment with JCC’s secular mission.
What FSC Does Not Do
- Establish or influence programming based on religious beliefs.
- Serve as a governing or decision-making body.
- Promote any specific faith tradition.
